Since its establishment in 2002, Bangladesh Polytechnic Institute, Rajshahi has been dedicated to providing quality technical education in Bangladesh. Our journey reflects resilience, growth, and a strong commitment to shaping skilled professionals for the nation.

Hatemkhan Kolanbagan Campus (2002 – 2023)

The institute began its academic journey at Hatemkhan Kolanbagan, Rajshahi. For over two decades, this campus served as the foundation of our institution. Although the facilities were modest compared to today’s standards, the environment was full of enthusiasm, dedication, and a spirit of learning. Thousands of students graduated from this campus between 2002 and 2023, building successful careers in engineering, technology, and industry both at home and abroad.

Transition to Shopura Campus (2024 – Present)

In line with the growing demand for advanced facilities and modern infrastructure, the institute was relocated to a new campus at Shopura, Rajshahi. This shift represents a new chapter in our history, offering:

• Spacious and well-equipped classrooms

• Modern computer and digital laboratories

• Advanced workshops with updated machinery and tools

• A resourceful library and e-learning facilities

• Enhanced space for extracurricular and co-curricular activities

The new Shopura campus reflects our vision of delivering world-class technical education that matches the requirements of the 21st-century job market.
